Saint Aloysius made a vow of the perpetual virginity to safeguard himself from possible temptation and keep his persistently downcast in presence of women. He taught catechism to the poor. The very rare and hard to find the statue of St. Aloysius is beautifully wood carved and available in ranges of sizes. When ordering, please choose either a natural (NO COLOR) finish or a hand painted oil finish.
