Wood Mission Rosary

The world Mission Rosary design was created in the 1950s. The form and construction have mainly remained the same throughout the year, showcasing Dominican traditional construction techniques. The rosary is very colorful and helps to remind users to focus prayers on particular topics. The rosary honors the work of missions, conversions and world peace. Emphasis is placed on each of the Earth's regions where prayers are needed the most. Each region is represented by one of the colors on the rosary.
